

ABOUT CHEF PAMELA
My culinary journey began at an early age and, as a result of my nurturing Mother who always prepared scrumptious meals, I’ve spent the past 20 years experimenting with a multitude of tastes and textures just like she did.
As I continued to hone my skills both personally and professionally, and reflect upon the wonderful experiences I had with food growing up, my purpose became quite clear and that was to become a personal chef. I wanted to provide people with a highly unique culinary experience, so off I went to Liaison College to gain my professional training and my Culinary Arts Diploma.
Soon after, I launched my company called, Cheferential Treatment, where I allow my clients to appreciate and enjoy food the way it was meant to be prepared. I decided that being a personal chef was my way of providing the same home-made goodness that I experienced, in stark contrast to today’s fast-paced world, where food made from scratch, the old-fashioned way, is a luxury and not the norm.
